Amazing beach vibes!
Just spent 6 nights with my family, and it was super chill! The private beach was perfect—lots of space and no crowds. The breakfast buffet had so many yummy options. The staff were awesome, especially at the bar. they even checked on us after my grandma got hurt! Only downside was our room looked a bit worn out.

The outdoor swimming pool and the funicular ride down to the beach were amazing for relaxation. Just a heads up, the main pool area could use some updating, but it didn’t ruin our great time! 🌴

pleasant grounds but outdated rooms
The grounds are well-maintained with beautiful garden views. The staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay, always attentive during my visit. I enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room with Garden View, which added some comfort to the experience.
The rooms felt very dated and need renovation.

The beach area has rocky waters and lots of rubbish washed up.

The hotel boasts a stunning private beach that’s perfect for relaxation, although keep an eye out for jellyfish and there's no lifeguard on duty. Room service could improve significantly. There were language barriers causing some misunderstandings, which led to delays and minor frustrations during our stay. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but the service throughout the resort felt inconsistent and slow. I had to ask multiple times for extra amenities without getting timely responses. Food choices at breakfast lacked variety, primarily Western options. I really expected more authentic Thai dishes. Occasional long wait times for food orders were a downside, with one instance where we waited over 40 minutes for a salad. The view from the restaurant was phenomenal, and the ambiance was inviting, making me want to linger. The hotel grounds themselves are absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and well-maintained gardens. The pool area was relaxing, yet sometimes lacked space during busier hours. It's a slight trek downhill to the beach which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues, but the funicular is a unique touch. Overall, the property has potential but felt a bit dated in areas needing attention, especially in the room's décor and technology.

The private beach was breathtaking and perfect for relaxing. The water was a bit rocky at times, but it was beautiful overall. Just wish the check-in process was smoother. 😊

Just a perfect match for a brief sojourn in Cape Panwa at a reasonable price. The beach had plenty of loungers under palm trees, which was great for relaxing. Be sure to take advantage of the free hotel shuttle to get around easily.

Stunning Views and Great Service
My stay was nothing short of amazing, with spacious rooms featuring fabulous views and a beautiful private beach perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Pim at the front desk, who thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for my celebration. While the dining options were varied, it would be great if the food quality at the Panwa House could match that of the beach bar, which was consistently delicious.
